* I have been using this site for 3yrs time and been satisfied for all the result though been victim of scam employer, so just be careful on choosing projects and stay away with fixed contract...go for hourly.

2) ELANCE
Elance is for anyone who wants to do great work and enjoy a great lifestyle. Be your own boss while choosing the jobs you want and working the hours you want. Get hired for interesting jobs whether you’re at home or on a white sandy beach. 

* I have been using this for more than 1 year its paying higher than odesk but very difficult to get projects as lots of clients preferred US freelancers. Paypal is the best payment option.

3) FREELANCER

It is site wherein most of the projects are fixed contract and be careful specially to new members since you will be paying the site 10% of contract price upfront once the contract is awarded to you even if the projects cancel both you and the employer will loose money both parties will be deducted. I used this once and cancel my account due to this problem. 

4) GURU

Guru.com is a freelance marketplace. It allows companies to find freelance workers for commissioned work. Founded in 1998 in Pittsburgh as eMoonlighter.com and still headquartered there.

Most of the project are fixed and low budget and job postings are more on Programming skills.

5) STAFF.com

This  site recruits mostly Filipino staff and paying monthly fixed fee through bank account deposit. You could not apply for job since the company will be the one to match your skills on specified job vacancy. I have tried and satisfied with the output.
